I got this as my main home and gigging MIDI controller, with enough onboard sounds for smaller/simpler gigs or as a backup should the VSTs fail. I love it. It plays great and is so portable. It replaced my Kawai MP6, which was getting too heavy to lug around regularly.
it is just as sweet as ever... wonder why Chuck doesn't make a review for ES920? I want to buy the ES920 too after having the FP-90X, except also is worried if the new model is coming out soon since it came out in 2020 and usually it is 3, 4 years a new model comes out
How much better is this piano compared to something like the CDP-S350 which you have plenty of experience with or the newer CDP-S360? On one hand I want my piano to sound as best as it can get, on the other hand, I don't want to overspend during these hard times and even harder ones ahead.
