u forgot to mention in the patch notes hinata got his recovery speed nerfed ONLY as a support if you use her as the active character it's still the same speed as pre-patch tbh this is done perfectly/spot on like %99 of players only use her as support so this ''semi-nerf'' will encourage players to play as her
