But the most generic kind of fan (the guy who’s favorite character is always who is the strongest at that point) will act like momoshiki isn’t even an opponent and isshiki is the best and they get an erection just talking about the guy. Peoples are using faulty reasoning on why momoshiki and boruto couldn’t do what they did. They are basically redconing the official material and act like their made up story is the original.

I get what you are saying and i believed Momoshiki was stronger than he lead on aswell, but from the more recent chapters i actually believe i know how Momoshiki kept up with kawakishiki. And the reason is not because he was stronger than he lead on, it is because Boruto has Some of Shibais Dna inside of him. You might think its impossible but ill explain how, In the anime Toneri was sealed by Urashiki because he did something too boruto. Alot of people think toneri gave boruto the Jougan and technically he did, but what he actually did was somehow inject Shibai Ohtustukis Dna into Boruto when he was in Hinata's womb he could have done it when he captured hinata or when hinata went back too earth, but he did do something too boruto too get him sealed, He is even able too talk too boruto in his dreams so i wouldn't doubt he would be able too do this. You might say "Well why isnt boruto or Borushiki as strong as eida and daemon since they have Shibais Dna aswell. Well the reason for this is that Toneri only gave Boruto a little bit. Since boruto has hyuga and uzumaki dna he is already linked too the clan through kaguya since they are linked too her because they are descendants of her, which is why hyuga's have the byakugan aka the same dojutsu majority of the Ohtsutsuki have. So essentially the Dna he gave was directly linked too the Jougan through shibais Dna, or toneri manipulated the shibais dna inside of with borutos prexisting Dna too develop a jougan. Now that ive covered that, i will explain another reason why boruto has shibais dna in him. Just look at borushikis horn, obviously it dosnt exactly mimic shibais horns but because boruto has that slight amount of Dna inside of him it made the horn which would look like momoshikis into a partial horn that resembles shibais. AND this would explain how Borushiki kept up with Kawashiki even though Isshiki is leagues ahead of Momoshiki and Fused momoshiki in strength. (Sorry for making this really long i just wanted to give a response that makes sense and that can be backed up)

Doesnt mean Boruto can fully master the dojutsu because it requires massive amount of chakra. He can only use teleportation barely. I can only imagine the amount of chakra he will need to use for Time skip. Thats where Momoshiki chakra comes into play. A battery source for Boruto to access while using the Jougan. Boruto do not have a large amount of chakra like Naruto to properly use the Jougan nor activate it. Tbh Momoshiki was able to keep up with Kawashiki because he was good enough. If you pay attention to the fights all of Borushiki attacks was base off of Momoshiki. So I wouldn’t say Majority of the powers came from Boruto. If anything Its thanks to Momo that Boruto can enhance his jougan abilities. So what I am saying its more of a better team thing. Boruto+Momoshiki vs Kawaki+Ishiki abilities who has the best powers together wins.

And there are several hand to hand moments before the war arc and in part one of naruto. And alot of fights were long, mid, and close range battles in one fights sometimes so I said what I said

the main reason he is so good at fighting is motly due to isshiki. Even tho isshiki is techinically not here no more everytime kawaki uses his karma he gains all of the fighting experience of isshiki, same with boruto. But even without the karma kawaki is pretty smart

It’s not really the case in this fight. All the times he’s awaken before it was due to Boruto being unconscious because he was low on chakra and refilling it would wake him up. This time around Boruto had plenty chakra he had a heart attack and momoshiki pushed him to the side and took over

It probably would’ve been a draw to be honest, they were both extremely even. Kawaki was fighting to kill Momoshiki was not, so you could argue if he wasn’t holding back he would’ve taken it. Still it’d be extremely difficult for him.

I’m not trynna hate too much cuz I enjoy the manga a lot, but this fight feels so awkward and weird looking, especially cuz the animation and their movements are fluid but trying to keep quality as consistent as possible. There’s also the fact they just copy and pasted parts of naruto vs sasuke into the fight, which is just lazy no matter how u look at it. They at least did their final attacks justice

Then he becomes extremely proficient in all combat styles, seemingly being able to keep even with Kawaki who got tremendous power and skills from Isshiki. Could be that he keeps up with everyone and even dominates whoever he faces by the plot nerfing everyone else.

So Boruto using Karma acquires Momo’s raw power and honed battle sense and experience, while Momoshiki (when in control of Boruto) utilizes boruto’s ninjutsu training and acrobatics albeit on a universally higher level than base boruto could. Momo’s vessel being a shinobi cured his only glaring weakness as a fighter.
