Actually, this makes a lot sense. I can see a last attempt to save Naruto from Jura. Kawakii absorbs Jara, which changes him. Technically, Jara and his group are made from ten tail chakras, which Kawakii can absorb as an Ōtsutsuki. It explains his sudden change in personality when facing Boruto at the ruins of Konoha. Also, it explains his sudden grasp of his power because Jara enjoys reading books to gain knowledge. It explains why Boruto said, I never thought you would go this far. It also explains why he thinks the ninja world is over to Jara, who easily infuriated the village and killed the leaf ninja like there was complete garbage. Also casual beating kawakii. Another thing it explains is that Kawakii stoic and jaded additude is different from his hot-headed attitude. This is just my thoughts on this wonderful theory.

I always think of parallels with the original story of Naruto. I think for now, whoever is there will hold Jura and Hidari, maybe Kawaki gets beaten more, and then Daemon chases them out of the village. The parallels in this specific moment are: Jura and Hidari = Itachi and Kisame Himawari = Naruto Kawaki = Sasuke Daemon = Might Guy (or Jiraya depending on further developments in the next chapter) I don't think there will be any outcome from this assault on the village, unless the shinju go all out and summon the other evolved shinjus. This assault is meant for humbling Kawaki, and next he has to power up like Sasuke. In Sasuke's case he seeked Oruchimaru for power, here we can draw another parallel with Amado. It makes sense that Amado will be the key for Kawaki getting stronger. Maybe Amado gives him some of Shibai's DNA and some shinjutsu abilities.

The only way kawaki could gain powers from jura is becoming the juubi jinjuuriki, and the person that would make the most sense to get that power up is code since kishimoto saved him for a reason. He also is connected to all of them with his claw marks. Code could put his ear through the marks like he did to Shikamaru, and get information anytime to 3rd party the situation when boruto/kawaki is low on chakra after fighting. I doubt jura will give him power because, his goal is to eat kawaki/boruto to gain his final form after learning about the world. Kawaki also needs to the hand signs that obito/madra did from the uchia stone tablet to become the juubi jinjuuriki, but he hates shinobi tactics/training so I can’t imagine him knowing that forbidden information in the 1st place.

I just realized there is a MAJOR hint in an earlier chapter. We all thought Jura knew where Naruto was, because he said "I can feel Naruto is changing". So you covered a theory of Naruto turning in to a new sage of 6 paths or something. However NOW we know he thought Hima was Naruto ;)

It makes sense. Jura doesn't have an evil enough vibe; my guy wants to talk to Naruto and read books. We do need a true villain. This also plays into the opposite duality theme that Boruto's story is leaning into. In Naruto, Naruto started conquering hate early and was weaker initially compared to Sasuke. He had to catch up to Sasuke with goodness and hard work, while Sasuke fell deep into hatred and was strong early on, mainly due to his genetics, but he fell into darkness. So far in Boruto, the talentless one, Kawaki (not portrayed as talentless and goofy as Naruto,but naruto being goofy was his way to find good, either way kawaki still not a genius like Boruto or Sasuke), is weaker and falling deep into darkness, while the talented one, Boruto, is the good one. Just like naruto powered up late , so will kawaki , but instead of with good , will be in a evil way. Boruto is mainly a story of what would happens if Naruto went evil and sasuke was good. Yo Nc quick theory of how the dikokuten and sakunahikona works, what if instead of "shrinking" objects it straight up absorbs the mass but in proportion unlike kamui . This theory is mainly based off of the fact that shrinking a rasengaun would literally made it denser and stronger due to the compression rasengaun's logic. Also kawaki being able to just put people in it wouldn't make sense if it can only shrink. Also if just shrinking makes sense jigen and ishiki would be stronger shrunk down because the area of impact would be significantly smaller

I guess the fact that I really hate Kawaki as a character only shows how good Kishimoto has done with creating him. I really love watching Kawaki getting his ass beat repeatedly.

All relative to their strength in the Sasuke pursuit. Choji with butterfly mode vs rock Lee but let's say he wasn't in poor condition from the garra fight Shino vs shikamaru neji vs kiba with his 2 headed wolf form and neji I believe had 128 palms and rotation. If you cover these I will definitely sub and donate to the channel. Also just leave Naruto and Sasuke out unless you want to kinda determine who would be the biggest threat to one of them. Me personally I think butterfly choji is slept on and I think if choji landed a all out punch on Sasuke or Naruto he would kill them. But that's just me

Yknow, the whole disdain for ninja tech is one of the most frustrating things about Boruto as a series "You didn't work hard" actually a great deal of effort went into the research , development, and creation of nina tech. Additionally, using the tech still clearly requires battle IQ and proper deployment, skills that require effort to refine and hone. Also, is this *really* the ethical/moral outlook we wanna take when we could go after the shady aspects of the ninja techs development, and how it should change, instead? Also, Boruto had access to tools and teachers Naruto never did, and thus had a way *easier* time while, checks notes, *mastering* the rasengan without the need for clones, and did so faster. Like, making things easier/better for the next generation is the whole point of trying to change and improve Shinobi society "Its unearned" sharing and proliferation of knowledge and abilities, alongside collectively working together/collective action, is literally one of the founding ideals of Naruto as a series (hard work is only *one* of the themes y'all) and its literally how the world was saved "Its just given to you" kinda like the sun and moon seals. Or Itachi's MS. Or kurama. Or any given tool/weapon prior to Boruto. Or literally tons of stuff in Naruto bc of what I said in the "its unearned" point Also, couldn't ninja tech be used to replicate *medical* jutsu? Imagine squads having back ups if the medical ninja goes down or runs low on chakra. So, I've thinking about this conversation regarding the possibilities of Himawari having bijuu power. I think you nail it regarding how that chakra was transferred to Boruto and Himawari during conception, via Naruto, and from Kushina to Naruto, if we disregard Minato sealing the kyubi into baby Naruto. Kushina, carried Naruto full term. Thereby, Naruto inheriting the three whiskers. He would still have a deep well of chakra to draw from without becoming a Jinchuriki because he was able to feel and adapt to the kyubi power while in the womb. Boruto/Himawari, though not being carried by Naruto, they could inherit a low level of bijuu power through chakra transfer from Naruto through Hinata during conception. Hence, the two whiskers. Plausible? Does this make sense?

1st season Himawari was the reason I watched, along with naruto..not boruto. Because I always thought she had a lot of power, baby Kurama,her grandma power, and all her mom family power, plus being the child of Hinata and naruto she had something special. I hoped the people saying she was just going to be a helpless little girl for her big brother to save was wrong. I waited for her to become a ninja and never gave up.
