Driving on the highway going 120kmh and putting my hand out feeling the wind resistance is a strong feeling. Now I can't imagine going 400kmh with your body exposed to the open
You tuck under the windshield and his suit is designed to eliminate drag so it’s not as bad as you think. But if you didn’t tuck then you definitely feel it.
2nd Gear - 140kmph 3rd Gear - 205kmph 4th Gear - 260kmph 5th Gear - 305 kmph 6th Gear- 360 kmph Then in 3 sec he tourched 400 kmph mark In total 26 sec he crossed from Europe to Asia Well thats shifting!!
Osmangazi Bridge (1550 m) is not a bridge connecting Asia and Europe. It eliminates the necessity of traveling around the Gulf of Izmit. If we need to sort the bridges connecting Asia and Europe according to their lengths; YSS Bridge (1408 m), FSM Bridge (1090 m), Bosphorus Bridge (1074 m).
I think one thing that people don't seem to realize is Kawasaki's engineering mastery here. They created a bike that is perfectly balanced so as to counteract the forces of the rider's massive steel balls.
I like how he keeps hitting and pointing at the motorcycle for his celebration like he is thanking the hardworking engineers, mechanics, people and companies creating such a masterpiece of technology. Truly a rider with skills, balls of steel and understanding that this is a teamwork of many
I do that with my bike lol, just gotta give her a little pat and say "good girl" sometimes. Kinda looks like he's doing a similar thing to me but maybe I'm projecting.
well you maybe didn’t ride a bike, but simply to put it, it is very easy to just lose control at high speeds. he is happy because he reached the 400km/h mark, not the engineers that made the bike. Obviously it’s not just HIS achievement, but when you put your own life at risk to achieve something, it is usually celebrated.
this guy is a professional motorcyclist. he and his 2 older brothers started to become a professional motorcyclist at a young age, but the father only had money to invest for 1 son, his brothers gave him it. both brothers later died in a motorcycle accident , sad story:(
It was really nothing impressive. Guys who race Isle Man TT have balls. This was easy AF - just go in straight line on closed bridge for couple seconds, 0 skill in that.
@@Spazik86 i don't think you can even afford to buy this bike or achieve the honour that people choose you for their bridge opening ceremony. So, stop envying people's success.
@@Spazik86 but how about wind. It's a bridge. If a gust of wind comes and pushes the bike when it's going 390 kmph will there a chance that bike will slip ? Or lose control?
Gabriel Johannson mistake like? It's even hard to change lanes over 160 MPH. There is a lot of wind around you that creates stability when riding fast.
I think that they checked the whole road before. But I agree of course, everything can happen :-) It is outside so for example bid could fly to him and he can boggle :-)
Seems to be an inordinate amount of vitriol over measuring systems. Its just what people grew up with so its what comes naturally. Its kind of like arguing that my laguage is better than yours because i cant understand yours. Yes the metric system has a nice base 10 method to it, but if you grew up with imperial it come just as naturally. Except with temperature, fuck Celsius, Fahrenheit is objectively more precise and functional.
Everything is beautiful in this video The bike The bridge The filming People The motorcyclist The river The sky The sound The world record The production The journey The joy The End Love Turkey ✌️
@@h7productions286 Since the dollar is very expensive compared to the Turkish lira and there is no production in Turkey, even buying a car is a dream, even buying a BMW 3.20 for 73 thousand dollars is absurd. Even a regular lamborghini costs $1,037,021, just think how much.
To add one more thing, 80% of Turks living in Turkey cannot see the beauty in Turkey, cannot travel because everything is too expensive. If a person living in America wants to come to Turkey for a vacation, they can go to places where Turks cannot go very cheaply, the value of the Turkish currency is very low compared to the dollar. Most of the people living in Turkey work for 4250 liras. If we want to convert it to dollars, $259 is a very low figure. It is really sad that we are the only country in the most difficult economic situation, not only in terms of dollars, but almost compared to most countries.
@@ugastronomie1237 Yes but can't beat physics. The bike isn't even extended so all that power & weight on that back wheel. It's amazing to see how good this technology works!
Gripping hard is kinda unnecessary or even wrong. My little Honda cb 500 did 180,wirh luck190and on the autobahn, you just kinda get used to that honestly. Did that at a time for 5min or so. Gets boring. Looooong drive at usuall 160kmh. Helmet on the tank rucksack.
400 km/h on a motorcycle; considering all the drag! (imagine the rider facing the air against him at that speed) incredible human accomplishment. I love cars but motorcycles are in a different league in terms of thrill.
@@muttalibmehraj3483 you'd be surprised how easy 200 km/h are to handle once you've driven a motorcycle for a few thousand km's and your neck and upper back have grown to the task.
Marius Verbavicius How do they stop the bike? I dare say the people who designed it put them there for a reason, the motogp ducatis have small wings on them as well.
Kenan Sofuoglu is a Turkish professional motorcycle racer, who has won the highest number of Supersport World Championship titles: four, in 2007, 2010, 2012 and 2015
I would be very interested in a documentary on preparations (e.g. choosing location), calculations, gears, tuning, etc. Would have loved some external cameras, both fixed and drones... Amazing video though!
Riding a bike in 400 kmh compared to a car at 400 kmh is very very nerve-racking. Yeah 400 speed is not a joke. But riding and balancing at 400 required a superhuman type of bravery. That rider is none less than a superhuman. Hats off
Bal Do okay and? Hr2 has a better 0-400 than both of the cars. On a motorcycle, with no cabin. If you're buying something for speed, hr2 is the winner, and at a fraction of the cost.
@@LegendJoe3063 son...you make a mistake, I fix your mistakes, then you tell me to not makes things more complicated? Someone really lack some parenting here...Where's your parents?
don't be sad man .. this bike goes from 0 to 300 faster than my car from 0 to 100 ... but i bought a new car 😉 so my new car goes from 0 to 100 in 4 secs .. if it's stock it will take 5 secs .. i guess you know what car im talking about
My favorite motorcycle Kawasaki Ninja H2R ❤️ , since the day I saw it for the first time, I liked it, I want to be friends with it, if I can afford it, I will buy it one day. Insha Allah 🎉❤ 🤲🏼
For such a world record-breaking feat, the footage was somewhat disappointing. Cameras on the bridge as the bike passed by or some high-level drone footage would have been great. It lacked a sense of speed watching the footage compared to the insanely brave rider, that took guts to hold onto that bike at that speed.
I was thinking the same thing! No way was I the only one thinking that. So I started scrolling through the comments haha yeah it's missing a lot of shots that could give us better perspective. Even something as basic as tripods standing still on the side. Watching it zooming by.
The point was to beat the record and go from 400 back to 0 km/ph as soon as he could to break said speed record. If he weren't doing so he could probably cruise along for aslong as he wants.
