I’ve done 150 mph on a empty highway. That was enough for me. The thing I remember most about it was that despite being tucked behind the windscreen I was surprised how much pressure the wind puts on the top of the helmet. I can’t imagine what it would be like at those speeds. 😳

I echo the wind comments sir. Hit a rough patch in the road outside new smyrna bch years ago - head came up just a tad too high for a split second - wind ripped my shield clear off (my buddy saw it fly by him while he was behind me) - I've never felt pain like that *in my eyes) even hiding behind my screen 1/2 second later bleeding off the power - no idea to this day how i survived the spool down - top end of 6th gear years ago on my 900RR - best guess in the high 160's - took over 1/2 hr before I could see well enough to keep going - the speeds these new liters bikes are capable of is amazing

I touched 170mph (according to the speedo) on a Triumph 955i not long after Triumph released the bike. Being short (5'9'') I probably sat under the fairing better than those taller than me. However, after I had the bike on loan for a test for a few hours, being only 24 at the time and then having a call later that day from the dealer complaining they had to replace both tyres, I thought I probably should not buy one. At this point I had been riding motorbikes since I was 6 (legally on off road stuff) so was fairly confident on a bike. I wasn't however, confident on the car drivers around me. It was fun though

Yes, nowadays cars can have more technology and they acelerate like a super bike, even if they are heavier, but they have more space and segurance to apply those tecnologies. So a CBR faster than those is really impressive. We can't apply a technology of a hypercar for a bike for now. Even a bike that do 0-60 mph in 3 sec is very dangerous, but they could be much faster than any car if they were safe for this.

@@m4gn4t49 sim, nesse vídeo e em um vídeo antigo do canal do "Smolder" ela já era fuçada stg 2, nos dias de hoje já está stg 3 com fueltech e tudo que tem direito, sem contar a hayabusa turbo dele que dei quase 450cv no dinamômetro 😂 O cara é insano. Esse vídeo dos 407 km/h o cara é zuado em tudo quanto é lugare e grupo de quem prepara moto, ele só tinha escape e remap ou seja praticamente original,e usou um velocímetro de bicicleta pra medir velocidade. Eu tenho um vídeo aqui no cel do Murilo dando uma puxada com outra h2 com remap e escape a moto parece que tá parada quando o Murilo acelera 😂😂😂😂

I've had similar on a regular road. Was just rolling along about 35mph which was the speed limit and I blink and feel the car shift and barely see the ass end of a motorcycle zooming away. They had to been doing 150-180mph in a 35mph zone.

Technology trends, thank you SO MUCH for this magnificent video! As a longtime gearhead of both 2 and 4 wheels, but especially 2 wheels , and owning 2 sportbikes ( team green all the way!, a Kawasaki zx6r and ancient but still cool zx7) ; showing true top speeds just goes to show how far sportbike technology has advanced! As much as I hate to admit it, the new Tesla plaid s is crazy quick in a quarter mile, with a 9.2 time it being the quickest production car of all time. There are so many videos that attest to that fact ( getting a little tired of seeing them)! I think , at least what I've seen it SLIGHTLY bests the all time fastest production quarter mile time of any street legal production sportbike( a 2012 Kawasaki zx14, 9.46 e t. , I don't include a h2r because it isn't street legal). But EVERY plaid s race you can find is a SHORT race, and verified top speed of the Tesla is, as of Right now, just 164 m.p.h. So, in a 0 to one mile race , or a top speed contest, the Tesla would lose badly to all these 2 wheeled stallions. Also, your music choice was top notch, and your addition of the cool racetrack clips of that beautiful panagale was iceing on the cake. To all who ride, be safe and enjoy! Thanks again. Cheers!!!!!!

I was surprised at the speed of the 'blade.... 350 is pretty awesome....the Kwaka of course is supercharged, and the "R" version, if geared for top speed could be 40km/hr faster than the road version....450 should be possible. I would imagine with factory gearing it would hit the limiter in the very high 300s.... so it would near taller gearing for top whack. The astounding thing with all of them was the stability at high speed.... the bikes of 50 years ago were not that good, although my present ride, an old Honda (33 years old this year) is very stable even at its top end of 240 (It's a little 600)..... certainly lightyears ahead of the old 1960 305 Dream I had back in the early 60s.... it handled like a brewer's dray... nice little engine though.... I'm nearly 80 now so don't push it as I used to, but it's still great fun to ride the old CBR on the twisties...

@ainalpipe The Koenigsegg Agera tops out at 280 MPH and the Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport at 305 MPH. Both cars are essentially the fastest thing on 4 wheels money can buy; The H2R hits 250MPH. Weighing at 480lbs with 230HP, it'll dust any hyper-exotic road car from 0-250 MPH all day.

That's impressive. I hit a shade over 201 MPH at the double-ton club on an A1 12R in 2008 and it wasn't on the limiter. Farting around with my mate on his R1, I finally got the 12R to hit the limiter in 6th, I think it was about 205 MPH but I can't say for sure. Either way, these are litre bikes only 20 years after the production of that A1 Kwak, weigh about the same as a packet of Rizla, have traction control that actually works, go 20MPH faster, and probably get there AS quick, if not faster... it's nuts.

@@sweetdrahthaar7951 Yea I mean , at those speeds if ur in a car driving and decide to switch lanes , you check ur mirror/shoulder check to make sure it's safe n no ones in the lane you want to switch too , and then in an instant boom ... A biker goes into you at 300kph . One second they are not there and its clear , n the next someone is dead . It's terrifying

I was going over 200 on Yamaha FZ-09, then on Honda AfricaTwin, and (just barely) on Kawasaki Z900RS (surprisingly, it is not as fast as AfrikaTwin). Neither was "too much", despite the roads here in Northern Alberta being in pretty bad shape. The most impressive though, was me able to ride AfrikaTwin at 170 km/h on a gravel road without too much effort!

Este Brasileiro bateu 407 em sua moto em rodovia normal não foi nem em pista. Tenho que dar os parabéns pra ele e pra todos que ajudarão a melhorar a moto pra poder bater essa velocidade. Único detalhe deu um problema enorme que foi até pra justiça esse caso pq os vídeos dele viralizou no RU-vid.

🥰Honda CBR 1000rr R (348 kmph) is slightly better and faster than standard Kawasaki ninja H2..(345 kmph)🙂 But the road illegal Ninja H2R is fastest in straight highway.. almost 392 to 400+ kmph..🥲
