My Kawasaki Mule 2510 was intermittently running poorly and the aftermarket fuel pump was failing. Let’s replace the fuel pump and carburetor. Link to carburetor: amzn.to/40aTLfu Link to fuel pump: amzn.to/3JSzSo5
Right on the money! Exactly what I’m facing with my 2510! I’ll report back when I get going again. Thanks a bunch. I’lll be looking for your other 2510 videos. FYI I have experienced bent push rods that then did not activate rocker arm/valves on one cylinder. Happened a second time. Must be missing something on adjusting this “long skinny pushrod” valve chain!
Good job. I have a 3010 same problem will not idle, must keep the choke pulled to run. Just ordered a new pump from Amazon instead of trying to rebuild the carb. Thanks. My carb comes with a relay.
Carb not so well, started flooding out and got frustrated with it and just bought a different brand from Amazon. It has been working flawless. I updated the link in the description to the one that is working well. I’ve had no issues with the fuel pump.
@@mjmcomputers Thank you for the update. Im about to clean my carburetor. And will check out the fuel pump you bought since Im tired of replacing fuel pumps every 6 months.
I just did exact setup, my wires and pump was rigged up the same way. It starts right up and idles well but if I hit the throttle it stalls out. How many turns out from closed is your fuel mix screw?
