More video from my trip last weekend. On the way to the hills and the bends. Passed a Kawasaki 900, a KTM and another bike I did not identify who were on a quiet Sunday ride.
Im on my second ZZR1100. Has the first one 30 years ago and loved it. Im 67 now and have my second one. A low mileage mint D3. They are just incredible bikes and you can get a really good one for very little money. You need to ride one on a road trip for a week or so, in the wet, the dry, on the freeway and on twisting roads, to fully understand how good they really are. I wont ever part with this bike.
Hi mate, I think you know what I think of them Ha! Ha!. Be careful with mint low mileage machines in regard to both fuel and coolant hoses. They can look great on the outside but inside they can rot. When I first got mine it was also mint and low mileage and a coolant hose burst without me knowing whilst riding at high speed and lead to some engine damage. The fuel hoses around the fuel pump are a particular issue on the 11. It was not a great design and if one fails it can easily lead to a fire. I have seen several damaged like that including mine before I purchased it. Have great fun riding yours mate. ZZR Power. 🙂
@@sylviagenemans410 Indeed. The 14R is in the same mold. The 1100 is from a time where the rider controlled everything. Younger riders often shake their heads is disbelief when the learn that the bike has no ABS or traction control. 🙂

Omg your a thrill seeker riding a big bike in a place like that with hardly any road rules and people who just can't drive very well its like going to Bali and you must have a great insurance company 😂anyway all the best to you stay safe and I enjoy your videos mate cheers🍻🍻🙂👍🏍
I have been after a ZX12R for a longtime but they are so rare here in the Philippines. There is maybe only 5. As soon as one comes for sale I will get it. The 1100 is great around bends. I have it set hard for me and the concentric adjusters are rotated 180 degrees so the turn in is much sharper. See ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-AerwIYXKtS0.html
@@LINKchris87 There are no ZZR 1200'S in the Philippines and to be honest I have never liked them much. I cant get past the looks. Others, particularly in the US love them.
Zzr1100 singing I used to be fastest in the world at times lala lala but it looks like I’m fastest still here lala lala 😁it’s my first sport touring bike and I love taking 100-150 miles days out and good fun , but to do 400-500 mile days still prefer africa twin for the job not as fun tho but more of see what’s around, with Kawi I’m just concentrating on target fixation
