Steep river on the upper part with few stops and high risk of trees accross the river. ! Be careful to scout the passages under the bridges in the village of Allevard if you want continuity of navigation. There are several keeper holes with thresholds including 1 of 3m
Water level : 25 m3/s
Boarding : Above Allevard, hiking path towards the place called “Le bout du monde”. We stopped at the first very steep passage but it looks the same above.
Disembarkation : In a roadside bend before Pontcharra.
