Our long awaited fishing adventure has finally arrived! There is so much I want to show ya'll from this trip and I'm gonna do my best to get it out on the channel. This year the redfish were very kind to us as we caught more than plenty to eat. There is something magical about having a redfish on the end of your line. We hope everybody enjoys this and the adventures to come. 👉🏻 Like and Subscribe if you enjoy our content! Follow us on IG @mtnside_adventures

Very nice! Love that area. What lures are you using? I’ve only fished soft plastic zmans and had good luck but that looks like a blast!

Thanks! The lures we were using are called Paul browns, they're a soft body lure instead of a hard one and ever since trying them out we've loved using them. Thanks for watching!

headed there myself 6/18 --first time; staying on the cape. That grass looks awesome! Far cry from Santa Rosa Sound to the west(mostly sand and muddy water where I fished). Never had a successful kayak fishing experience there. How accessible is the bay to launch kayaks? I've never caught reds (only specks). Your vid fires me up!

Awesome! You can access the Bay of the Cape side right past the rock wall/stump hole or the state park..you should be able to get a redfish topwater bite in Mid June, early in the mornings and late in the evenings
