Back bays with high tides. Cold fronts almost over tides might be more consistent. Good report on sixth sense haven’t really checked on how they run. I’ll check out mine to see how it runs.

They were in the back lakes/bays but not biting early for me. Wakebaits have caught me ALL of my solid fish and solid limits too!

I ain’t saying where you at but that’s one of my favorite areas to fish 😂 I caught my PB trout around there at 27.5” in about 1.5 ft of water

@@markthompson5283 I've caught 90% of my solid trout in 2 feet of water. The numbers are in deeper and the solid ones are usually in my redfish spots

Thanks David! I throw all of that plastic stuff away as soon as I buy a kayak and the scupper plugs. Biggest pain in the ass I've ever seen, trying to move the guard every time I need to raise and lower my drive lol. Yes it splashes, but it's a kayak and I don't mind getting a little wet Lol 🤣

Excellent, so cool to see big trout up moderately shallow and hitting shallow-running wakebaits. I also like that you demonstrate that a net isn’t essential when you have lip grippers and know how and when to use them. I frequently don’t even wade with a net and rarely miss having one.

I have caught most of my solid trout in 2 feet of water and all of them on wakebaits. I don't really like bringing a net but if I am specifically targeting trout I will bring it. I've learned to take my time and land more fish without a net. Thanks for watching man!

Solid trout, I’ve noticed a lot more mid twenties this year but a lot less fish in general

Thanks Jason! The numbers are nothing like they use to be but the solid ones are still around. Small trout use to be a pain in the ass, catching 30 every time and taking the lure away from the big ones Lol. I just don't catch the small ones like I use to. I'll take Quality over quantity any day 🤣

Thanks man! Just keep at it. I was uncomfortable talking into the camera for a long time. It took a lot of practice and a lot of bad, deleted videos to get better for me. I'm glad my videos are inspiring!!
