This is a video with kayaking clips from Lovatnet in Norway.
I was asked by people to upload a longer high quality video without music from this lake. It is meant to be scrolled through for those that want to see the details in some of the areas of Lovatnet. This video only shows the area from Kjenndalstova to the rocks by the avalanche area. 1/3 inner parts of the lake.
I started from Kjenndalstova at the end of the paid road, as this is the place that has a lot of parking spots and a good spot for launching kayaks. I prefer to paddle here in the evening until sunset. At this time the lake is usually calmer and there are few people on the lake.
This was filmed with a GoProHero11 camera mounted on my helmet. It was filmed in fullframe mode , 8:7 aspect in 4K 60fps. Most of the clips are cropped at the top and bottom from 4K 8:7 to 4K 16:9. Some clips are wide angle. The wide angle clips were changed from wide to superview in GoPro Quik app. This stretches the 4K 8:7 aspect footage to fit a 16:9 aspect in a way that the top and bottom of the frame is not cropped away. 03:44 and 06:05 are superview aspect edits, where the full 8:7 video is shown in a 16:9 aspect. The superview looks a bit strange when I turn my head. This is the reason I always film in 8:7 wide and only sometimes edit it to superview in the quick app. That way I have more information and options than if I film in superview.
The video was recorded with protune on , -0.5 exposure compensation and high bitrate. It was edited on an iphone 11 using the GoPro Quik App
