Since then, they didn't meet, so I think Kayle wouldn't have any problem with giving Morg the final blow, if she would be able to do it. And how do we know Morgana isn't strong enough? In their story, there wasn't a clear winner. I don't think we are even able to say who would win, since we don't have enough information to even SPECULATE based on them...

The attack where Kayle shoot light spears at Morgana was her ultimate. They didn’t animated the un unvulnerability, so that’s why it’s hard to catch. Her “transformation” at the very end was Kayle entering level 16

Why? Kayle went to Targon to better understand her powers, while Morgana deny them...Kayle is most likelly to be way more powerfull then Morgana...like Vergil and Dante from DMC...Dante needs to embrace his demonic powers to stand a chance against his brother.
