I knew it straight away! Kaylia Nemour, a great gymnast in the making. I saw her at the World Championships in Antwerp, Belgium last year where she won the silver medal on uneven bars. She's progressing like crazy. Unreal, fantastic!!😍

I believe that Kaylia Nemour will rank in the all-around at the 2024 Paris Olympics by upgrading her movements on the vault table, because at the World Cup in Doha 2024, she had an upgrade in her movements on the floor, balance beam, and bars. She just needs an upgrade on the vault table to be able to win the all-around at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

She's been consistently scoring 7.9 - 8.0 E at all of the world cups. This was an 8.0 E, but without any OOB (she often gets a tenth), and with a D score 0.4 higher than anything she did before this meet. Paris scoring will be slightly tighter, but World Cup scoring is still pretty much top-level international scoring, and this was a deserved score.
@@erinm9445 Agreed. This was scored fairly. I'd take between 0.3-0.4 for artistry, but her landings and leaps are mostly clean. Not much to deduct really. I wouldn't devalue her triple twist. She executes her front layout similar to MDJDS or Jade Carey and I would definitely count it as a B.
I wish she can finish all those volts well. Like stick them. I just want her to win all the gold in Paris. 😂. Best of luck beautiful. And the first volt need a little more hight.
Overscored. When you think of the qual score Flavia received in 2023 Worlds vs this, there’s no way this comes even close. In floor finals at Worlds, Sabrina Voinea’s 13.766 is way better than. I’m a Kaylia fan, but this is taking the piss.
@@alexi8741 Simone gets lots of artistry deductions. Antwerp was quite obvious about it, with the huge differences in execution her routines on floor had (qual, team, AA, floor final). Her lowest iirc was 7.8 E while the one she stuck them almost all was like 8.5 E. Besides flexed feet, her tumblings were almost perfect with some execution deductions in the leaps, other than that the maths don’t add without artistry deductions. Gadirova according to the score sheet she got -0.1 or -0.2 deduction in artistry in Liverpool.
@@alexi8741 Simone got an average of 0.38 in floor artistry deductions at worlds. Her artistry deductions for the team final were 0.32, the lowest of her 4 floor performances. Kaylia got an average of 0.48 in floor artistry deductions, the fourth-worst of the 51 gymnasts I looked at (I don't know how it ended up being 51, weird number!). But her her new floor routine has been designed much better for the code, she is almost certainly getting fewer deductions now than she did at worlds. And you're right, with a tiny handful of exceptions, almost everyone gets 0.2 - 0.5 off for artistry on both beam and floor. Eythora is the true queen of artistry though, the only gymnast to get less than a tenth in average artistry deductions across worlds, and she did it on BOTH floor and beam! She averaged 0.09 off on floor and 0.07 off on beam. That's a tenth better than second-best on beam (Flavia, followed VERY closely by Jess Gadirova and Pauline Schaeffer), and about 3/4 of a tenth better than second-best on floor (Ellie Black, followed VERY closely by Rebeca and Flavia).
