Recipe
・Fever-Tree Premium Ginger Beer: 60ml
・El Jimador Blanco: 35ml
・Jus de Chassons (Cherry Juice): 15ml
・Bergamot and Honey Spice Syrup
・Lime Juice: 10ml
・Lime: 1/4
・Yukari (a Japanese seasoning)
・Star Anise: 1 piece
Instructions
①Run a lime wedge around the rim of the glass and coat it with Yukari. Pour hot water into the glass to warm it, then discard the water.
② In another heat-resistant cup, combine Fever-Tree Premium Ginger Beer, Bergamot and Honey Spice Syrup, and lime juice. Stir and microwave for 1 minute at 500 watts.
③Pour the mixture from step 2 into the warmed glass.
④ Pour the tequila into a copper mug, ignite it, flambe, and transfer it to another copper mug while aerating it. Pour this mixture into the glass from step 3.
⑤Lightly torch the star anise and place it on top of the drink in step 4.
