KC300x stage 2 turbo 63/73 test drive and review. 

Remove turbo and pedestal and cut the old bolts out from the manifold and replace. Not a super hard job

Need boost fooler

PCM defuels at 23psi to prevent over boosting. Need boost fooler to hit higher psi

It wasn't stock it was a 66/73 now it is a kc63/73

Have you upgraded your hpop yet? What kind of egt #'s are you seeing towing? I plan on putting the same setup on my f550 this weekend and I'm hoping I won't be melting pistons when I'm pulling my excavator lol

@@constructionduru5195 my hpop is stock as well when im pulling i can see 1100 to 1200 on long uphills nothing absolutely terrible but that's with a 21 foot boat. I would like to upgrade my hope in the future

Upgraded stock to hold up to 600hp don't know the build list

Thinking of going this route on 02 extended cab 7.3 I want to get decent mileage for daily just easing around on it 80% of the time. But the other 20 will be mix between some playing and a 16' box trailer.

As reliable as a stock turbo

Considering I technically had a larger turbo on before this no gain from where I was at, but from stock to this turbo is a huge difference

@@dieselneckgarage6568 had the stock turbo and had the kc66 kit on it with s300 turbine. Was a great combination but the kc66 kit was discontinued
