Benny Martinez passed away last week. He worked at a number of stations in Los Angeles and San Diego back in the day. This was the last time I saw him; in 2001 at Jammin' Oldies Mega 92.3 KCMG in Los Angeles. RIP Benny. Full video available on Video #85 from California Aircheck www.californiaaircheck.com

What a talent 😢 I DJ for party’s on weekends more like mixing and playing music for people to dance. Nothing compared to what Radio Djs did back in those years, they controlled and were engineers of the whole cabin, it’s very impressive. At least to me, may Benny Martinez rest in peace. Great talent 😢
