You can blame the international embargo for that. My thoughts on the DPRK aside, it isn't exactly easy to obtain high quality technology when your most vital trading partner has been defunct for the past three decades.

@@RavenholmZombie kin Jong un could have 5000 news agencies in North Korea if he wanted to. But they would be unuseful, as there is no freedom of speech in the first place. It's a whole different conception of state, politics and even life.

IIRC this channel gets all its videos from satellite feeds. (I just checked and that's the case at least for this video. It says "recorded from satellite Thaicom 5 at 78.5° E" in the description.)
