Those 2 were battling for position and trying to force each other in one direction or another. The first tech was on Klay for punching the ball out of Nurkic's hand during a dead ball. If that's not a tech, then it should be allowed at all times during a dead ball. People would be doing it non-stop. Hence why it should be a technical foul. There was no tech for the face to face chatter.
