Kebab Roll HIT The best homemade kebab roll
INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour 400g.
Warm water 150ml.
Natural yogurt 100g.
Salt 10g.
Oliva 25 Ml.
Fresh yeast 25g. / dry 7g.
1 flat teaspoon of sugar - 10g.
Yolk + sesame - Brush the roll before putting it in the oven
Bake at 200 ℃ for about 10 minutes. You can tell by the golden color of the roll.
