I have a way to "fix" taking cops off duty for crims.... allow cops to take off their trackers.. IE they remove it like any other item.... fair for both sides because it won't alert anyone at first.. but eventually it will be noticed they aren't moving anymore.. triggering a pursuit / investigation

I started and enjoyed watching PD RP for months but got very tired of it since 4.0 all they do is go and complain OOC and metagame like there is no tomorrow. Gangs are atleast decent enough to respect eachother and let shit slide so they can work together on proper scenes. PD either whines and whines until they get their way, or just bruteforce a scene so they get to be on top. Actual shitlord RP, and you are here telling me to be quiet lmao. Countless peeps saying the same
