They certainly still do whole-body dissection but might be worth asking for their updated prospectus or giving the school a ring to see if they can help you out with finer details. I'm pretty sure they still use a spiral curriculum also.
This video is still relevant today (26 November 2019) and the course is taught in the same way described in the movie. A couple of details have changed - we now take in 165 students each year, and the resource room is not a dedicated resource room anymore, though students can still access anatomy models in this room.
