I was a dispatcher in Durham and Exeter in the 80s and man this chief and dispatcher did a fantastic job!

Loved listening to this as a former dispatcher I applaud the dispatcher he did great!

Lived in Putney for 6 years, and went to this restaurant many times. So tragic. Absolutely amazing work by Chief Howard and 921’s dispatchers as always.

Great job to everyone all around. I like how the dispatcher uses 1000hz after the two-tone paging to indicate alarm level.

Incredible job Chief Howard. Incredible job KCF415 dispatcher! C1, your respect and appreciation for the dispatcher was great to see. Great job to all the companies who responded. Also great job to my department 24 in which one of our engines were on scene and my closest FF/dept friend was working this fire while our ladder was covering the station. The one night I wasn’t on call, would’ve been an excellent experience, but it always seems to work that way.
