I’ve watched many of the best cover bands on YT and keep coming back to this song. I’m not a Kim Wilde fan nor had any affinity for this song BUT the way it’s sung, composed and performed by SIL is just amazing, best covered song IMO. And the energy and sex appeal emanating from the ladies is incredible as one can see from comments.👍

My wife and I (now in our 70s) were in a store with this playing in the background. Two teen girls passing by said, "Hey. Who is that? They're pretty good." We looked at each other and just shook our heads. If this version had been on instead I'm thinking they might have said the very same thing.

I swear you guys are absolutely amazing! Wow! This was so good. And I grew up on this music, so I very much remember the original. You guys nailed it. I have to give a special shoutout to Mr. Scott again. My man is always there in the background holding down the beat on that bass. Awesome job sir! And I love the combo of these 2 ladies singing together. They always sound great each time they're together. And I must say, the backup singer has a bit of an 80's look to her. Kind of reminds me of a (very mild) version of Cyndi Lauper with that awesome hair. Well done team! 👏👏👏👏👏

What a way to mark Singit's First Birthday 🎂 oh, so delighted to see Akasha in vocals on this track! Nikki delivers this brilliantly, not only her vocal but communicating the song in her performance. The guitar in this song gives it the growl of a Harley starting up (the bike, not the dog!) creating a darker side in what would otherwise be a much lighter pop song - and it reflects the anger in the story of the lyrics. Many of the best songs have lyrics that are universally relatable. The band, the production, top shelf as always 🏆

I've listened this more than a single time, paying attention to instruments, vocals...beautiful. I love how Michael is totally focused, all tight in the rhythm. Nikki is wild as Wilde really was back in the days while Akasha again did a great backing vocal, so on point. Darren's done it yet again and made us all very used to top notch mixing. I bet it's not easy being constantly on top of the game.

Enjoying this performance so much I sat down behind my drums (remember, I'm only a beginner) and tried to just do 16ths on the hihat and backbeats on the snare. Damn, that's fast, my left hand couldn't keep up in tempo, much less doing the rest Michael has been. That's how I appreciate seasoned performers even more. Hats off to SingIt Live, every time.

Another awesome song. The production level again, world class. I start to watch the HSCC releases but can only listen to 30 secs as is so obvious the drop in production levels. It obvious the love and respect between mother and daughter. Every week is a WINNER @Sing It Live

Holy s#¡t this was my anthem song in the early 90's after going through the Big D, and I don't mean Dallas. This took me back to when I would practically scream the words to this song when it came on the radio. That was the story of my life a long long time ago. It's been 30 years since Mr Falbo and I split. Sadly we never made an amends and our five kids suffered for it greatly, we all did. But it was emotionally and mentally abusive and it was a terrible situation for many years and I finally got out of, it was the hardest thing I ever had to do in my life, but those words made me believe it was what I had to say and do to survive and to raise my children on my own. Damn what they say about melodies are so freaking true... They're more like a memory.. great great remake. 💯
