we must have been watching two different cases because thats not how i saw it at all . the plaintiffs had no mannerisms of a comedian and the defendant actually spoke like a comedian and had the mannerisms of a comedian because he has been actually doing it for so long . if anything the judge was not harsh enough on the plaintiff , she seemed very mean and vindictive and she probably does steal jokes because a person like her does not naturally think up jokes like a true comedian .

Yeah I couldn't figure out why JM was so harsh with the defendant. It was odd. Almost like something happened that they edited out, so we don't have the full story. I can't believe he let the defendant get away with all that foolishness and then was so extra toward the plaintiff. Odd.

There has to be more to this one than we saw. Either they edited things out, or JM already knew of the defendant. He let that man act a damn fool in court and then was aggressive to the plaintiff and her witness for what seemed like no reason.
