There's nothing quite like a dip in or a paddle on Scotland's beautiful waters. But, even in summer, our lochs, canals and rivers can be BALTIC!
Make sure you have the right equipment, like a wetsuit, tow float, and something warm to coorie into afterwards. Also, it's always a good idea to bring a pal along - that way, you can look out for each other.
