Omg yes, THIS is how you do a tutorial. I was wondering how to keep it on normal mode. Now how do we get 80k ancient arrows? That's the only thing I need then I can start really playing this game lol.
Awesome :D also last question. The offset amount I'm not fully understanding. I'm still kinda new on my normal playthrough and haven't done any divine beasts. So all the "blight" ganons kill me when I do the glitches slots and then go to kill them and then calamity Ganon to try and steal the bow of light. Do I just need to suck less at the game or what? - __-... Cuz you were saying to sell all your food and armor so I got no attack up food boost or healing potions or defensive armor and I get stomped out sooo fast.
@@Drowzii You also said to eat up all prepared food before creating the invalid slots, but then you also said to do that after beating Ganon. Can we get food again after getting the autosave at the Sanctum?
When I count your key items, unsellables, master sword, and arrow types, doubling spirit orb stack, korok seed stack, 6 arrow types, champion abilities, and master sword, I don’t get 61. I get 48. Even if I double-count the armour, I only get 56. Now I’m afraid. 😅 I don’t have a 100% file, so I can’t need more than 60. But is it a problem if you waaaaaay overshoot? Guess I’ll find out!
It was not a problem! Everything worked! There were a couple of things that tripped me up, so I’ll note them here, for anyone else who tries this. 1. I was wondering whether you could make food after getting the auto-save outside the sanctum. You could, but you’d need to make sure you keep that auto-save. I ended up not needing food because the unsellable armour I had was fully upgraded (Zora and the champion’s tunic) and I had excellent weapons and I happened to eat a hearty meal giving me full hearts when I was eating all the meals in an earlier step. You could save a hearty meal, an attack-up or defense up, and an enduring meal for right before you get to the sanctum, eat them there, then get your auto-save. 2. I saw drowzii used BLSS to get back to Hateno after picking up the BoL and loading the auto-save outside the Sanctum, and was wondering why. I decided to risk warping and it worked fine. If you equip the sword and bow after you reload the auto-save, then warp, the BoL will disappear, but still be equipped in your inventory. If you unequip it and equip it again, it’ll reappear. I suggest not equipping it until you’ve warped back to Hateno and want to put it on the bow mount in your house. It’ll save you from a potential heart attack. 3. After placing the bow on the mount, I didn’t have to drop or unequip or sell anything. I still had nothing in my inventory. I don’t have any idea why this happened and freaked out a little, but then decided to ignore it and go on to the next step. It worked fine and the rest of the steps matched his perfectly. 4. I did not really understand the arrowless offset instructions for talking to the shopkeeper, but it really does seem to be that the ZL, D-pad down and a buttons all have to be pressed in extremely quick succession. At first, I tried simultaneously, but Link whistled out loud and dropped everything, so I switched to first ZL, then the other two buttons simultaneously, and couldn’t get it to work. All three in quick succession worked, though it was inconsistent. Keep trying! You only need to get it twice! So thrilled to finally have a BoL!!!!! Thank you, drowzii!
you can teleport, ist mainly affects on save-load and not fast travel. I didn't know that the first time and ran all the way there, don't make the same mistake i did LOL
can i do this even if my game file is not 100%? cause in my main is for sure already 100% but i dont want to lose it, so im doin it on my sis accunt which is like 80% (memories r not finish, and lazy to finish the ganon fight) so can i still do the glitch?
💀 didn’t have multishot bows on me but didn’t realize I sat there trying to overload with normal bows lol I ran over to the lynel spawns and grabbed some and it was fine
This tutorial worked pretty much good but when i tried to stole the bow of light (i did exactly what you did) it didnt appear to my inventory INSTEAD it copied my champion abilitys😢 Can you help?
Hey man, thanks for the tutorial, really appreciate it. I've been having this issue: Basically when I try to nuke my inventory it just doesn't happen. I restart but the weapons and stuff is still there, and the armors remain duplicated. Do you have any idea why this happens? Been trying this metod a while already :c
Nuking your inventory requires that your offset is set very specifically based on your inventory count so you can hit negative mCount. My best guess is that your either creating too much or too little offset. Remember, certain key items like korok seeds, orbs and upgraded champion abilities duplicate so you have to create extra offset to account for that, or make the stacks 999/get rid of them so they don't interfere.
I have gotten all the way to the shrine save successfully (BOL on mount, inventory empty) but for some reason after the 6 slots steps then opening master mode inventory is still blank. Any suggestions?
For the bow of light transfer to master mode PLEASE don’t do this before you get out the shrine of resurrection it will transfer some key items and you probably will have a hard time with getting everything stable
Thanks for this detailed video. I managed to get the bow of light on normal mode using El Duende 05’s strategy. Quick question, is it possible to do the arrowless offset slots and then go create a new game on master mode and have the bow transfer? My goal is to start with the bow of light on a new master mode file.
Whatever file you load after the arrowless offset will have the bow of light including if you start a new game, if you have champion abilities you'll end up transferring those too
@@Drowzii so if I do the arrowless offset, make a new game, grab the slate and save and close the game, when I reopen it will it work? Or will Link wake up with it already?
@@Drowzii true, but its alil dificult cuz of the auto saves but overall amazing vid, u made things ez for me, u explained excelently and ur vid is much better than el duendes cuz el duendes is like full explaining mathematition type stuff ty!
At 4:35 you have an almost completely empty inventory, but I still had my Master Sword, the Bow of Light, arrows, the unsellable armor with a duplicate set and more key items (also with duplicates). You wrote in the comments that you can use quick travel to get back to links house and I did that, so maybe thats the cause? Or because I didn't unequip my armor? (I did unequip all weapons) So I now have 6x arrow, 10x armor, 16x key item, 1x bow of light, 1x master sword. You create 6 offset items because you have 5 key items left, so I guess I have to create 33+1 offset slots to make it work? Or do I not count the master sword, because it's to the left of the Bow of Light? And would I pick up only 1 weapon, because I still have the master sword in my inventory? Would be highly appreciated if you could help me out a bit here^^
@@akramkhattabi4565 I just tried again without fast travel, but a couple minutes before arriving in hateno, a blood moon happened... which is probably the reason why I got the same results again -_- I then tried creating 33 offset slots which got the bow into the main file, but the main inventory also got messed up with the duplicates and I don't want that. So annoying -_-
@@akramkhattabi4565 And I tried again, but now I noticed: I might not have removed my bow before, like he said @2:30. The bow was located to the right of the main items but apart from that, everything was like in the instructions. Including the empty inventory. Transfering to Master Mode also worked perfectly, without any glitches 🥳 Oh and since miphas grace didn't work and I only had 3 hearts, I fast traveled back to hateno, so that also works.
@@enecofan888 basically you use prompt entanglement to store the save prompt, turn in a korok seed for a bow slot and then activate the save prompt after he gives it to you
Im following very carefully and everything works except when i load the shrine autosave i still have all the items i had when i exited the game, and when i tried to load the manual save when i did everything, the bow of light didn't show up :/ Edit: You need to have a maxed out bow inventory!!
@@flippflopp1209 this was a while ago, you dont need anything with the bows, just keep doing inventory offset until you run out of items, you need more offset slots than he says in the vid
I have alot of question first what do u mean by count the items do u mean like count each slot that does not have an item on it, or each slot that does and that does not, or every amount of items u have in 1 slot and more and when i do the glitch and get the bow of light can i just play the game normally like grind quest or shrine or do i need to be cautious so that i dont lose it and if i leave the game can i still save the game manual this whole process is just hella confusing for me and i would really appreciate if u answer my questions before i move forward
I've been trying to get the bow of light on one of my saves but I've struggled and cause all the other videos over complicated it but you made things really easy for me, thanks so much man, i can't believe that I finally have the bow of light on my master mode file. thank you so much.
@@OfficialPizzaVR bro, if ur good at the game, its ez, and before u ask if im good, iim 72 percent into the whole game, i have 997 koroks, 976,812 rupees every shrine, only missing a few chests, rupees, koroks, and clothes, and the its is ez peasy
Something that happened to me was when i did all the steps and reloaded the manual save (i did all the steps in master mode) i didn’t have the bow of light once reloaded. did anyone else have this problem? can anyone tell me how to fix it?
my autosave at the shrine still has items and stuff does that mean i did it wrong also when i try transfer it to master mode the korok seeds and some other key items transfer instead of the bow how to fix?
hey i was about to rreach the sanctum and guardians were just spamming me and im at half a half and havent died, if i die before sanctum will it ruin my progress of this glitch and if i die will i be able to load my manual save?
If u don't want it in your primary save, would you be done with this? Edit: Nvm I figured out how to transfer it to my primary save already so I don't need this answered. I asked this cause I got lazy.
I also got the Bow of Light using El Duende's method, thanks for showing that. But that kind of created a problem... You see, I really intend to corrupt the Master Sword so I can have a really overpowered weapon. The thing is, I would have to start a new savefile and not using any arrows or unsellable armor. So using the BoL would be a lot helpful to actually get the Dragon horns without using other arrows. But now that I have it, I don't think I can do IST again, and I also lost that autosave near the shrine, so... Yeah, I'm screwed lol. I could use the Twilight Bow as a substitue, but that requires to have at least one Divine Beast free, and aside from Rudania, all the others require using arrows, and without telling that it's so much harder defeating the Bilghts with no arrows, so... maybe not a good idea. Any help, sugestions, please?
Just did this for my master mode save but it also gave me the champion abilities, I'm not even off the great plateau, if I do a divine beast am I going to be stuck with 2 of each ability?
Issue, I got it on my normal save, but I do the 6 slots for Master Mode and when I load up an auto save I have it isn’t there, although for context I have all arrows, champ abilites, and non-amiibo horse armors, so should I do the same thing previously and just count?
That’s why you don’t save manually once you make that first good save in the beginning. All the armour selling and stuff is on auto-saves. You then transfer the BoL into your manual saves at the end.
Everything you’ve sold, eaten, and dropped will all be there. This is why you manually save BEFORE doing glitches, NEVER manually save on a failed attempt.
I trigger a auto save in the shrine, i closed the game and then when i started again, my inventory was there, what is the problem ? I followed every step...
I did the original glitch a while back at it works great, I just have one problem. The bow was left on normal mode before I moved it over to Master mode. I lost all the autosaves and such. Anyone have an idea of how to transfer the bow to another file without the "getting the bow" part?
In this video, more offset slots than actual number of items were generated. Once all the armor, materials, and meals were removed, the number of slots that the game thought it SHOULD have had, dropped into the negative (starting around 3:36). This is when a new autosave (by the shrine) was generated and the game restarted so it could be reloaded without carrying any of the IST items over into it.
You didn’t even need to pretend to restart. You lose not even one apple but gain the bow of light. You gain all you’re armor and you’re materials back by the end
Same with me. I must have messed up to many times or something, or do I need to drop only multi-shot bows, because I'm not going invisible. Is that what your having trouble with, your did you fix it already?
Hey Drowzii, I was wondering if you know a way to unglitch glitched hyrule. I accidentally saved outside the ganon fight, and now there are no enemies, npc’s, and I can’t teleport. Please tell me a way, if there is one. Thanks!
@@mclucasmc3955 but that doesn’t stay, it is only a temporary fix. Instant you teleport away, it’s broken again. Thanks for the tip anyways though, I appreciate it
@@Drowzii sorry for the late response, but I made all my saves after I escaped the ganon fight, so when I go back into the ganon fight, the game is supposed to reload the save before the fight, but since I don’t have one, it just goes back to after I already escaped
I mounted both bows of light I acquired with the 10 shot spread and then the 10 shot machine gun onto a new file. It takes 7 offset slots. I’m just curious - do I have to start a whole new game and get the bow of light without any champions abilities to start the new game without any of their abilities or is there a way to just transfer the bow of light onto new save file without the abilities?
I’m wondering if adding an extra 5 to the first IST will cover the duplication to the auto save so I’d only pick up the bow without the champion abilities
