Hi. I don't have the professional powder coating gun yet. Just looking at the photos of those nozzles, I thought the black thing is just plastic and that the holes are for some wire from the cascade to go into and get in contact to the tip electrode. I am thinking the carbon ring in between the cascade and electrode works as a resistor element.
I will set my gun up and spray a color and 2 days later load another color and my gun will just spray continuously. usually I can turn settings up and down and get it to stop but sometimes not. Do you know what I am doing wrong?
