She really has a point. Many people here in Jacksonville specifically know NOTHING about niche fragrances let alone they don’t even know higher end designer fragrances such as stronger with you, etc. I’ve been getting nonstop compliments with parfums de Marley.
True…. I Try to school’em!! Most people in Jacksonville won’t spend the money on niche fragrances anyway. They don’t even understand that basic designer scents aren’t the good stuff.
Oajan is incredible. Truly underrated. Not for everyone, obviously, so if you've really tried it and it's not for you, fair. But most people don't know what they're missing out on. Great performance, fantastic drydown. Pretty linear, but the perfect fall scent.
PDM is my favorite house and would recommend it every single time for new niche people. The longevity and it packs a punch. Top 5 gotta be Sedley, Haltane, Carlisle, Herod and Pegasus exclusif
I had your Tuxedo effect with Herod, first tried it and loved it, then started disliking it and found some notes harsh and gave it away, a year later i tried it again and i absolutely love it again :)
Love the video. Just getting into the fragrance space. I picked up Sedley on that sale on a blind buy and do not regret! Being in Florida it’s my daytime go to… I get complements thanks to Sedley. Def appreciate you describing which fragrances are better for warmer weather. I’m on the search now for a date night niche suitable for Florida. Thanks for keeping it 💯
some will call me crazy, but i prefer the PDM freshies over their orientals and dark scents, i like my dark scents from houses like xerjoff, roja, ELDO etc.
@@melissanacional9662 100%, btw PDM is releasing a new freshie called PERSEUS in the next few months and by reading the note breakdown one can assume that it is going to be their fruistest freshie ever, even more fruity than percival.
Watching this after having blind bought Carlile 😂 defo don’t regret it at all tho it’s a beast of a fragrance and not too feminine as some of PDF frags that you mentioned correctly.
Went to saks and neiman today literally smelled over 50 frags all the high end/ hyped up names and Oajan was the stand out for me... incredible and intoxicating

I Own Layton Oajan and Herod, Carlisle (which I collected yesterday) is by far the hardest one to get into. It is indeed very mature scent and challenging I'd dare to say. Oddly I did not like Layton Exclucif, nor Pegasus Exclusif - returned both of them. A side note: these new batches, they dont even hold skin scent for 8h. However at the end of the day, the juice is a work of art. These prices at the seller you recommend, are very good. Its possible to obtain some of these joints for less than 200$ but not very often.
Love your videos Melissa. I live in Miami, which is very populated and I wear Delina Exclusif a lot and no one has heard of her. The women around are still rocking Chanel’s, Baccarat and maybe once and a while, I’ll get a Dior privee never PDM
Pegasus Exclusif and Carlisle are my top PDM scents for me, both 10/10. I moderately enjoy Layton and I really wanna get my nose on the exclusif. As a straight guy I adore any version of Delina on women.
What happened with Herod? It was 2 years ago now but back then you said it was one of your favourite scents ever and you were even liking it more than Naxos! I've heard it's a great scent but with really terrible performance, so just curious what changed your mind about it :)
Love this video!! I’m not a Uber fan of Rose yet the bottle of Delina hubby bought me last year at Valentines was finished by November. Hubby wasn’t that happy with me lol….but it is just that easy of a reach for a pretty, feminine, well blended scent. Don’t get the hate on this line, especially when I would usually always get complimented on it. Meliora is the other ethereal fruity blackberry floral scent that I just can't describe because its just that pretty. A lot of fresher undertones and perfect for Spring if you want something lighter and airy. You are right that its light a luxury fun scent! Of the masculine leaning perfumes, I crave Herod a lot!
I wanted to love Layton but when it dries down it gets really cloying on my skin. Wifey also hates apple notes (I know guys, I know) so it does not put in work around here. Herod and Carlisle though…. I just need a sample of Sedley before I buy. The wifey absolutely crushes it with the Original Delina. She didn’t vibe with anything else in their line sadly.
I wanted Delina to be my wedding scent until I found out that was everyone fragrance for their wedding. But then I thought I’ve never smelled delina on someone I knew or around me. Only the fragrance community knows about it . Therefore it will be my wedding scent 😂. Same case with baccarat.
Frankly buying Parfum De Marly from discounters is not a good idea. Nearly all of them sell knockoffs. Has anyone ever bought brand new Lamborghini Urus for $100K? Definitely not. Just beware.
