Thank you, I was about to go 200 pound gorilla on this damn thing, most frustrating design for home brewers.

When the brewery noon error want the barrell the will usually remove the syphon tube for you if you ask

Man, I can feel your frustration... sorry man

I thought it was only the black rubber coated miller kegs that used that annoying spear design..
