Harder, better, faster, stronger… longer? 🎤🎶
As much as this song is my jam, it’s important to relax, soften, and practice coordination! Your superficial pelvic floor muscles support the base of the penis and help you to maintain an erection and ejaculate.
Kegels are a fluid and relaxed intensity: the release and relaxation is just as important as the muscular engagement. During an erection, the muscles tense. During ejaculation, these muscles squeeze and release, squeeze and release.
Before you jump to the kegels, know that too much tension and intentional squeezing may impact blood flow and sensory signaling to your penis. Your penis is just like a hotdog in a bun with inflatable balloons that fill with blood, neurovascular structures, and pelvic floor muscles that wrap around the shaft of the penis.
When doing kegels, you want to practice a gradual buildup in tissue tolerance to overloading tissues, discomfort, or pain. Science doesn’t know how much is “too much” for anyone’s penis: this is an individual exploration for you to get to know your body.
If you’re experiencing pain and your tissues are sensitive to begin with, kegels may not be the place to start for you. Seek help from a qualified healthcare professional.

So interesting.. I’ve definitely suffered from premature ejaculation and pain after ejaculation ( stinging sensation).. I went to a urologist and had normal prostate numbers.. no one ever talks about pelvic floor issues .. thanks so much Susie !

These things don't work. I used to be a minute man. Sometimes 15 seconds man. Now I can last 20 min, half hour or more if I want. I can tell you the trick, but you'll have to do these things together: 1. Get low dose Cialis from your doctor, even if you don't need it. 5 mg or 10 mg is more than enough. I think they have something in that drug that helps. 2. Get extra thick condoms. You can buy them on the Internet. Once you get used to lasting longer, you may not need them after that. It reduces sensitivity. 3. Your goal should be to GIVE pleasure to your partner.not TAKE it, until your partner is fully satisfied. 4. Don't look continuously at your partner. That way you would be in control of your passions. 5. At first, during sex, think of most embarrassing and painful things in your life. Pain is opposite of pleasure, so when you are feeling pain, you cannot feel pleasure. This again allows you to control yourself until you overcome your urge to come. Once you do these things, your mind/body will get used to lasting longer, and you will be able to perform very well without such things. I hope this works for you.

Very interesting and informative, as a man who has been doing a lot of yoga, and working on doing a lot of deep squats, I’m going to incorporate more extended relaxation of my pelvic floor, and see how that effects my control of these muscles. Thank you

Makes sense. My girlfriend and I regularly have penetrative sex that lasts longer than 45 minutes, and what I do is actually just relax my pelvic muscles and make sure that I breathe during intercourse. If I tense up too much down there, I'm most likely to overstimulate. If I relax, the sensation is much stronger, but the stimulation is much lower. If that makes sense. And I subsequently last as long as i feel like lasting. Minding my breathing and being sure that I don't stop breathing as much during higher effort has been very important.

​@@MuhaA-l5mThat's the thing, you are hard! Just don't overdo it especially by clenching your butt in the beginning, this is a sure 5 minutes of humanitarian aids if you do that. Just keep your butt unclenched, deep breathing, the faster you breath, the quicker you come, because you lack oxygen. Oh and stay away from porn, so you stay stimulated just by touch, otherwise that can be a problem why you are not always hard. I mean majority of men passed by these. That's my 2 cents from experience. Since then I'm often asked if I take Viagra because I keep it as long as I feel like it, Afterwards, it's more a physical things than intimacy if you go too long too, so keep your mind cool too about it performance, just use u're hands better when in intercourse, or the positions to hit the g spot and things like that. Oh and the 1 to 2 seconds stop to hug or massage when you are in control is top too, if you feel it coming a bit too much as you would like, gotta recognize the moment though.

A woman ran the red light and plowed into me at 60mph causing a high-speed T-Bone accident and I would have poured out the window like a liquid except for my seatbelt that pulled me with my car 250ft down the street. I survived a broken neck at C-2, broken pelvis and sacrum and my stomach ripped a 10 and a half inch hole in my diaphragm collapsing my lungs. I could walk only after lots of time with a walker and then using crutches. I'm better than OK and I have very strong pelvic muscles because of whatever I did sexually afterward. Never throw the towel in on what is essential to your physiological being.

Suggestion: if you want to practice this safely. Do it while going pee. When you tighten up you stop and when you release you start again. I can do it four times in the time of one urination but at the same time my muscles are top notch. Have a nice day.

You have to come(without ejaculation) at least 2-3 times before you can last longer. With strong kegel, you can prevent ejaculation at any moment u want. U can go as long as u like depending on your health and diet

Wow thank you for the video I never understood that and or had anybody explain. When I was a young boy growing up I would be my bed people would make fun of me and I got in trouble for it my dad was a sergeant in the Navy and he would chew me out very badly so out of pressure I would squeeze as hard as I could to always keep that in control and doing so I would never relax those muscles down there it wasn't until I was in my fifties that I learned how to relax and wow what a difference it made to learn that I could do the opposite😊

I started having PE and couldn't put my finger on why just now realizing it's because I was 100% of the time clenching during sex. I'm not sure if I've always been that way or if it just started. But now that I know I'm going to train being relaxed and see how that goes

Breath work(I suggest Whim Hoff), exercise(aerobic and core exercise, calisthenics mainly) and stretching(both your larger muscles and the ones supporting the penis)should help. There are more you can do, but don't go too much into it, or you will be stuck in indecision on what to do, just start, and after trying the basics search for one more thing, then one more, untill you don't need it.

U may want to relax your kegel muscles and breath better during sex. You have to come(without ejaculation) at least 2-3 times before you can last longer. With strong kegel, you can prevent ejaculation at any moment u want. U can go as long as u like depending on your health and diet

Can an Inguinal hernia cause problems for the penis? I just had mine repaired and I've been having urination problems, ED, and it seems my left testicle seems to be shrinking as of 2 days ago. This is week 5 after surgery. I ask because the surgeon said it does not cause problems for my penis even though I haven't experienced this until I had gotten the hernia.
