So colourful and realistic, these paintings do make an impact on the observer. He is right, a piece of art as a human expression externalised ideas and concepts. Indeed these paintings are very interesting. Thank you.
As an Art historian i can See the window of opertunity to express those requierements of the Artist, what function Art "must", or as i would Like to put it, could have today. I think the discussion ist important and will happen in any way possible. What i am Missing is a more inclusiv way in how the Artwork itself is in a way to Show a discourse itself, without beeing explaint. In this case i do not really get the wish for participation in the recognition of what is Part of the Vision of the artworld, with the way the paintings are done. The "old Fashion" way of painting is from my Point of view close to an Aura theft of what is already established in Art History. So the Point of repetition of an subject of painting like Caspar David Friedrichs "Kreidefelsen auf Rügen" in the manner of Friedrich ist not clear to me, beides beeing a painter that is able to do so, there should, or could be another layer of bravery in what i See, instead of what i hear. That would possibly ad more to the discourse, than a thousand words.
