We really pushed the cabinet around to the locations. It took 2 days and we went a total of 8 miles. My brother Josh was the only one man enough to do it. Then I played mission 1 on Metal Slug and laid it over the cabinets blank screen. It wasn't plugged in on the road.

Pretty sure it's just a green screen on the screen with the video footage added later (hence why it's perfectly continuous), so no power or cables are required for the machine.

I remember standing in the checkout line at Ralph's in Santa Monica when a Neo Geo suddenly rolled by me with a man riding on it and delivering what i can only describe as the performance of a lifetime. 13 years later, I know that it was a force much greater than God that brought us together. It c could only be the power of Neo Geo. Somewhere in the original source tapes from that day so long ago is a shot of my wife and I staring, not in confusion, but in utter awe of those four bright buttons and two joysticks.

It's been 13 years but it still feels like yesterday. Having followed Nathan, Screw Attack, Game Trailers, et al. for years, this felt like an event when it came out. Talking Classic? Nah, Singing Classic. Seriously, Nathan is a champ to be able to make songs with Keith's voice.

It took me so long to find this song and all of Nathan's work, I really wish I'd found it years ago! I can't understand many parts of the lyrics because english is not my first language and I'm not very good at understanding it by ear, even so, it's such an awesome song, I enjoy it greatly!

We all love Neo Geo!!! I remember the first day i saw a cabin as a kid, Street Fighter 2 was new and we loved it like hell, in front was Sf1 and one day it was replaced by none other than Art of Fighting! my jaw almost broke the floor and wss instant love. NEO GEO!!!!

Saw this on Screw Attack so many years ago and was so blown away that I never knew what to make of it. Why was someone so obviously talented with video production and character acting making a video about the Neo Geo. Not that is shouldn't be made... just how did someone have the energy and talent to make it. This video was, and is, so ahead of it's time. Thank you Nathan!

Micro: No green-screen, and for good reason. Too much fussy post-production work, like removing fuzzy green "halos" from soft edges. Easier just to go shoot it on-location with the camera in the same spot. He usually just plops down his tripod, takes an exact number of heel-toe steps away from the camera, and then does his thing. Sander: I was wondering how they got the gameplay so nicely synchronized between cuts. Pretty good job; I must've watched this like ten times and I only now just noticed.
