I love Garrett's intelligence. I feel certain that after his playing career is over, (say after 20 years or so from now), Garrett could be a great coach someday.

I would love for the Jets to hire Scott Peters, been Bill Callahans right hand man for a few years in Cleveland. If he’s anything like Callahan our o line would take a huge leap

Garrett had a radio interview yesterday and was asked how he thinks Dalvin Cook will do on the Ravens. GW said he should do well because he'll have "wider lanes to run through than he did here", and he made it clear he wasn't bashing his OL guys and said that's "just the way it is", so I don't know how Keith Carter comes back, but then again I don't know how QB coach Rob Calabrese is still on this staff, or how the Jets keep Hackett, so wouldn't surprise me if he does come back.

I hope he just walks away. Cuz it doesn’t look like the jets are gonna fire him which is just sad.

Keeping this clown around is just one of the litany of reasons Saleh isn't capable of being a head coach in this league. He's proven to have a propensity to reward failure, and is more than willing to rationalize and make excuses for his sinking ship.

I think Keith will get the LaFleur treatment. The Jets will announce that he end up getting a Job on another team like they did with our OC last year.

Coaching matters but talent matters as well.

The Jets under this specific regime have had their coaching staff called out by more than half a dozen players at this point. The majority of them were drafted by this regime. It’s increasingly obvious that this staff is clueless on O, nobodies seemed to develop at any position O in 3 years. Guys who seemed hopeless, leave NY and seem to do better. And I don’t mean this in some reverent way. I mean guys like Flacco, Van-Roten etc. Not ironically, seems guaranteed at this point that ZW likely will too. He may never amount to his ceiling but he’ll definitely be better than what we saw in NY. Back to the initial point, makes a bold risk even riskier in bringing back the entire coaching staff. Need to win a playoff game, GW, BH, need to be pro-bowl eligible or there’s a good chance that the “rebuild” they’ve been doing since the end of the Gase era. Which imo was never legitimately given a chance to finish. Will meet a bizarre and untimely end. Why is this franchise so inept, man?

These players haven’t said much despite all the issues this year. This is obviously a problem if they felt the need. This is clear to everyone. 32nd offense isn’t good enough for everyone to keep their jobs

I applaud the players for telling it like it is, the fans see it also, its only this inept coaching staff who think no changes are needed. Saleh slammed the table to bring in the Tennessee staff because he is a defensive coach who wants a power running game to kill clock, not necessarily score touchdowns, wana know why this offense sucks on a historic level look no further than the HC who called out Hall for not running like Henry.

Do you have any idea how fast i would fire Keith carter now, and grab the OL coach from the seahawks. For years, I've seen them find ways to use lower draft picks OL, figure out how to use them. NONE of this matters. All these coaches are getting run back, old ass Rodgers is getting put behind half an O-line, and we'll be repeating the same story next year but with hopefully a new backup qb. Sieman aint gonna cut it next year for 6-10 games. Maybe draft a QB to sit behind Rodgers then the backup qb for a year? (Rodgers is not playing 17 games next year with Mekhi 'protecting' him.

I think Keith just rubs people the wrong way. He's probably incredibly knowledgeable but doesn't know how to work with people. That interview was very telling. That interview actually makes me understand why they retained him.

They should have fired Salah and brought in Vrabel or Harbaugh, I'd even take an up and coming OC but what we have now is brutal. I'm sick of hearing salah tell me about someone's "violence" and "tenacity" and that they need to work on some adjustments when he has made zero adjustments coaching. I've never seen such a terrible abysmal offense in the time salah has been here. I know Rodgers is coming back but I don't see anything special as long as salah is the coach and hackett is the OC regardless if that's Rodgers's guy.

This staff has and will continue to ruin this organization as long as they’re employed idk why we have an owner who has no clue what he is doing. This also all ties into Arod.
