It's interesting that Keith talked about raccoons not washing their hands. They actually wash their hands and food at *any* chance they get. In German they're called "waschbär", which literally translates to "wash bear". They wash their food because the nerves on their hands are more sensitive when wet. They dunk their hands and food into some water so they can more easily determine what they're holding/eating.

@@deprofundis3293 we got the mac and cheese balls, corn ribs, spicy rigatoni (that spice really did creep up on ya!) and the classic strawberry cheesecake (which survived 2 falls in its take out box) We would absolutely recommend them all- but especially those macaroni balls imo 😋

I built my spice tolerance, it happens pretty quickly. I was sick of going to restaurants and having to ignore half the menu so I started slapping various hot sauces on stuff, now I can’t remember the last time something was too spicy for me. I found it very rewarding doing this so highly recommend 👍🏻

I have never once wanted to be the "um actually'' person but right now I want to wear this hat with pride or my Basque Culture professor will kill me lol. The Basque are a distinct culture group in the north of Spain, and the south of France. They're a beautiful and full culture where linguists still don't fully understand where their language originates from. This is just to inform the miss information at 33:39. My friend and I decided to go to Cheesecake Factory for dinner and in preparation, I rewatched ALL three episodes so I could help us decide what we should eat. And it was actually sooo helpful. I got the Truffle-Honey Fried Chicken and she got the Chicken Bellagio. We also went wit the smores cheesecake for dessert. And they were DELICIOUS! Thanks Keith for helping us out!!

Truffle cake is really just a chocolate cake with a chocolate ganache icing. However, chocolate ganache can be rolled into balls and rolled in cocoa powder (or coconut or nuts or chopped dried fruit)... they looked like the little mushrooms the pigs hunted, so they got called "truffles", which is why they put the name to the cake as well.

Working with racoons, I just have to add something to that "grubby hands" bit. Racoons are actually particularly known for washing their hands and even washing their food, before they eat it. For that reason they are called "Waschbären" in German, which translates to "washing bears" :)
