Too many brokies in the comment section. Look at keith's track record! The guy is one of THE best investors in tech over the past 20 YEARS whilst doing this as a side gig until recently. His main thing (until recently) was being the best operative in tech! If not him, who else has bragging rights?

Maybe by being in the right place at the right time and getting good dealflow because of it. There are probably thousands of operators in tech better than him that we've never heard of. Where would he be if he hadn't been adopted by his college buddy Peter Thiel at PayPal? He's lucky that Peter Thiel is so into nepotism.

VR will be the ultimate entertaining device . It will be the WEB 3.0 . By the end of this decade . Right now , there’s no use case other than playing underwhelming games VS PC games due to the friction of wearing a headset .

I recently started using ChatGPT and found that it's still lacking a lot of data. If Google was able to develop something like ChatGPT with their own data, ChatGPT would die right away, imo.

For someone in the AR/VR enterprise and Gaming consumer. In my opinion both AR and VR have value and use cases and major cost savings for companies if applied correctly. Evidence of continual growth in the area with new applications in divergent spaces is enough to keep pushing the technology forward. Not every technology needs to have a monopolistic structure easy to point to and place and investment in. Fact is many companies see value in AR and VR early and jumped into the space saturating the market quickly, which has made the market move from early adopter to enthusiast/enterprise adoption. Mass market is coming soon with products like Nreal. Also i don't agree with Keith's Lasik comment both my parents got Lasik in their 40s and have regressed into their 50-60s.

Keith Rabois' body language is soo weird. He can't look at the camera, makes weird faces. I hate to say it, but he does not inspire confidence. Hence Opendoor's stockprice
