I thing I understood from past 4 years is that Kejriwal has worked upon few issues and constantly putting his effort to improve things but he is not getting support from central authorities. Why can't those IAS fired if they are no longer willing to work for state issues. Absolutely power must be given to CM too if such IAS not willing to work for state government.

No he's wrong. Delhi is a union Territory not a state. Union territory ke laws alag hote hai. Unko special power milti hai . According to Article 69 delhi has got special rights. Kejriwal ko puri delhi apne power me Chahiye. Its as simple as that. Jo cheze kejriwal ke haatho me hai unpar toh focus karta nahi hai or jo nhi hai uske liye kutte ki tareh bhaukta hai.
