And trust me work culture is so toxic is that almost all of my batch mates wants to leave this job asap . .From outside u may think Sankari lunch karne wala bank etcetera ek bar cabin is Taraf aaoge toh jamin khisk jayegi ....Staff ki recruitment hoti nai yaha , 5 admi ka kaam 1 admi ko deke rakha hai , sarakar pressure karti hai ATM ke use kam Karo Taki log upi ke used to ho , 436, 20 apy wale insurance karawao etc etc Worst working culture in every PSB

Tell him you need a balance between work and life. Let's see how he responds. Anyway you have decided to leave. If he reacts positively and make things easier for you, it's better than searching a new job.

I work for an insurance company in New Zealand in underwriting team. We are only allowed 37.5 hrs a week and any overtime get paid at 1.5 times of the hourly rate and any public holiday 2 times of the hourly rate. Company provides multiple health and wellness benefits.

I am a proud Chartered Accountant Working in small KPO for 8.5 hrs a day only for 5 days a week in Rajkot. I also got offers from BIG 4 firms but I am happy with my salary of 5.5 lacs p.a. Sometimes my friend and relative's complain me as this is a lower package, but I think what matters for me is my family and personal life more than anything. Sometimes over greed of money can be biggest problem. I never use apple or went to Starbucks, Macd etc. Easy living and managing mental health is all I need ❤❤

I am a engineer after doing 4 years of job(slavery). I resigned and started my own business as government contractor. There are so many challenges while doing a business if you don't have any background. But after 3 years i feel very much happy with my decision. The freedom is priceless. You can easily manage personal and professional career.

I run two companies in HYD with 30 employees, I am 25 years old and Condem this toxic corporate work culture, I claim that 7-8 hours/ 5 Days a week quality work is more than sufficient to run a successful business. Employers must not exploit employees, unemployment and cheap labor in India is the main cause of this toxic work culture. Appreciate Dhruv Rathee for speaking on this subject, We had a meeting where I discussed the case of Ana with my whole company and told them never prioritize work over life. As far as the CEO of Ola is concerned he must actually work 16-20 hours a day as he is earning 20× times the employees of his company. The next generation of entrepreneurs must not follow that toxic culture and focus on Quality of work/life rather than the quantity.
I faced the same situation and early realized that I couldn't handle this pressure and decided to never come back to the corporate industry and this was the best decision of my life.....please guys take care of your life because here nobody is care for you .... Thank you Dhruv Rathee...❣
I'm a foodpnada delivery boy in Pakistan. I work 80 hours a week. Almost 12 hours a day without any off. it's very hard. It seems like i just sleep and work . I don't even have time to take a shower. I'm watching this video while waiting for order. Thanks Dhruv to talk about this problem

As a chef, If u think corporate work is challenging, try coming in the kitchen. My normal duty hour is 9hrs a day but Everyday i need to work for 12hrs. If there is any function 16hrs a day. The place where i work it takes 1hr to come and go. For me i need to sleep for atleast 8hrs so i just sleep. I don't have any personal life. I just work and sleep. Thats it. After watching this video somebody can actually die of overwork, i am afraid for every kitchen staffs now.

I don't know exact situation But many times in these type of cases boss doesn't keep multiple workers so that they can suck from some workers If boss wants they can keep some more workers so that work can be divided working hours will be reduced But for this they need to give some basic salary to them and to avoid that they doesn't keep more workers

Wapas pehle jaisi ban hi nahi paa Rahi. Mentally itna pressure hai aur itni negativity ki unlogo ke beech kaam krna himmat ki baat hai. In my last job, I worked from 9 AM to 6 PM, then the CEO, who was in the US gave me work till 10 PM IST and they were proud of what they were doing. Left that job, started my own edtech, and now a RU-vid Channel. Loving my life. 😊 🌟 Now, my channel is having more views and watch time than them. :)
