Why shouldn’t they be allowed: •Self identity is a fictitious as fairies. You are what you are and no one can transition to be another sex. Reality matters. The justice system is a cold hard wake up reality. • The risks are known. Male offending behaviour surprising stays the same when males transfer into womens prisons. •Sentencing of women should not involve cruel & unusual punishment. Women prisoners are victims of trauma, often by men. Why should they be subjected to more trauma? • if men don’t like being in mens prisons because they don’t feel “safe” then that just proves men aren’t safe, therefore keep men out of womens prisons.
The Trans should never been sent in the first place. WHAT's THAT ALL ABOUT!!! Surely the rape victims have a case for suing the judge who sent him there.
They do this stuff to the most vulnerable who can't defend themselves in any way. None of these people with money are willing to pay to bring a prosecution for these women. I doubt that the men who commited rape in the women's prisons even got prosecuted for those crimes. They probably just got moved to a men's prison and still got their sentence reduced like always happens.
To be a 'transwoman' you have to be a man ..it's a man! No man should be allowed to use the word woman or female..it's already taken. Biology and sex are all that counts 😁

@@jallan9578 I'm not good with links but have a look at Demi Minor. There is no suggestion of rape.. However a biological woman was raped on a mixed sexed hospital ward and although the police were called the staff would not admit to there being a trans patient on ward so no action was taken. It was eventually raised in Westminster a year later but in these situations there should be some sort of examination. When the police turned away 'Sophie' the grooming gang victim they destroyed the DNA evidence.

My mind boggles that people are having sex in prisons when prison is meant to be a punishment and consensual sex is meant to be enjoyable. If someone possesses a penis, they should not be around someone with a vagina in vulnerable spaces such as toilets, hospital wards, prisons etc.
