I think maybe it would have been better to say maybe she feels like female vocal performances these days are really sexualized and vocal ability suffers as a result and that her comment was sort of a generalized observation of that during that particular show. People just don't like Miley because she going through all those young adult changes very publicly. She doesn't hide any of it as that's how she was raised. So people need to let it go. It's not like other artists haven't dressed or acted in similar fashion, miley just doesn't become ashamed of it when others judge her. Her music is hit and miss like all other artists.

I kind of liked her before watching this but 1. calling someone a stripper as an insult 2. refusing to own up to who you were obviously talking about I'm really disappointed. She seems so mean and shady. If she presented herself as a diva that would be part of the persona, but she wants to present herself as humble and kind so it's pretty gross
