It's so strong, beautiful and sexy hahaahah (I don't know the difference between head voice and falsetto, so I'm referring to both) The best about 2015 was the fact that she couldn't use her mix/chest high notes so she used her head voice more. I hope this continues doing this in her new era.

Indeed!! For me there will be lots of high belts (maybe not sustained because she's still recovering, but perhaps in runs, since she's been doing a lot of them lately). It's also a sign the fact she is a little more tired now than she used to in late 2016, so she must have recorded some killer vocals!! :)

Yes, I have to agree unfortunately... At the end of 2016 her voice sounded like it was going to come back fully though (especially the "We shall be free" or "Chancelier" covers). But her performances this year have been rather disappointing and reminded me of 2015. Of course, compared to other singers she's still a hell of a singer and she'll always be my favorite singer ever, but we all know what Kelly is capable of vocally when her voice is 100% there. Age is definitely a factor influencing the range and tone of the voice, but I think Kelly's vocal change is rather due to her pregnancies cause the difference between 2013 (pre-pregnancy) and 2014/15 (post-pregnancy) is very obvious. Maybe that's because she has lost some breath support and stamina in her pregnancies cause now she often seems out of breath when singing.

PNW really? i think she's sounded quite clear this year. WAAAAY better than 2015. she's probably still recording or just got done recording so we should give her a break. but the cracking, unfortunately i reallu dont see that going away which sucks (it would be a miracle). but she's still amazing :)

FromtheMtotheL i would definitely not compare this year to 2015. she's WAAAAY better than that tragic year. but she just recorded her "best" album. we'll have to see, but she must be tired after a year of recording.

slaymeclarkson c: It's been known for her voice to be weaker after finishing an album. She is definitely one of the best singers of our time though. And I agree with others if she gets proper vocal training she should be able to train her voice to be able to hit notes like she did in 2013 especially the way she sang since u been gone in 2013 instead of the lower note like she has currently been doing. I definitely will never fat shame and I would never call her fat because she isn't and correct me if I'm wrong but it can play a factor in breathing if you have some extra weight on you or how you can hit notes. I may be wrong and please correct if I am. But I feel it was easier for her to reach higher notes when she wasn't going through her weight changes, but we can keep in mind that her pregnancy did play a bigger factor in this. And I will agree with you that 2017 is a big step up from 2015.

Samuel Brown well i agree with everything you said except the vocal training. Kelly doesnt need vocal training she just needs to figure out how to manage her voice (like taking 3-4 days in between shows, warming up even more than she did before, resting, etc)
