Sometimes I wish she would do the album all live performances of each song because her voice captivates me to how flawless and powerful it is. This is one of the 1st albums in a LONG time I could listen to beginning to end and love every song!! Kelly is mad talented and has a fantastic team supporting her.. 🤘😝🤘

Kelly is SO underrated & doesn't get the attention she deserves bc she's not half naked & auto tuned to shit. but I'd rather have THIS real music over 99% of the shit played on "mainstream" radio. this whole album is like late 90/early 2000s vibes amazingly mixed with "modern" music vibes & it's a masterpiece
Dennis T This will be her most critically acclaimed album but won’t be her best selling album. Sad but true. As you may know the music industry (especially female artists) are selling much fewer than they should/ used to be ... and by seeing the poor streaming figures of her singles... Could only wish Kelly the best!!! Sales don’t matter when you’re doing quality albums for awards!! Mark my words, this album will be sweeping Grammys in 2019
Wow- you are a bit cynical and a Debbie downer. Every cut on this album has high potential to be just as big as Adele or 24 by Taylor, so I'd not dismiss yet. Her market is not the teenage crowd ( but they 2 will like it) and us adults are a bit slower to react, we've all grown up with her and have lived her struggles. We are fans from way back and have the most buying power. It's the best album in years and critically acclaimed or not this will be on every Music lovers shopping list.
Really doesnt matter to me or her I think how sales are...you can tell she sings from the heart not for numbers...and in my opinion it's more awesome if shes not hitting those numbers..shes hitting more hearts and that is what matters

I remember NOT being interested in American Idol. I was flipping channels one night and saw her singing "You Make Me Feel Like a Natural Woman." I went online and found everything I could about her. I'm a 46 year old, straight woman - and I have MAD love for Kelly. Her talent goes without saying - she's just beautiful - but the most amazing thing about her is that she's stayed true to who she is. THAT makes her one of the most gorgeous people on the planet and makes me so happy that life has rewarded her handsomely - career, fortune and most of all a beautiful, loving family. Nice to "meet you" Lynda Hicks. :) ----a fellow Kelly fan for life.
This tune is incredible, the music is spot on for the song, very emotional and powerful. Take it from someone who’s spent a lot of time listening to depressing emotional music, this song is very powerful.

the first thing i notice about the album is how radio friendly all the song are and howe short the songs are, every song is under 4mins long average song length 3mins 30secs, my 6 favourites from the album in no particular order are,love so soft,move you,whole lotta woman,would you call that love,didn't i and go high, these are the ones i dragged into my ipod after listening to the whole album front to back about 5 times....
You're right. Go High, Medicine, and this one are very much radio friendly and it could be raking uo alot of airtime. They have the hook and chorus for it.
WOW!!! Super powerful!! “DOES IT ALL ADD UP” My husband of 23 years & three very beautiful grown kiddos!! And our middle daughter was born severely mentally & physically handicapped!! In May of 2012.... about two weeks after our baby girl graduated & we had to place our blessed beautiful handicapped daughter in a group home!!! My husband decided he was done!! He literally came home from work one day.. took a shower & said he was going to go get two bags of ice!!! And unbeknownst to me... that he had zero intention of ever returning home!! Hours & hours had past by & neither I nor our daughter could get... him to answer his phone!! He had never in all of our years together ever done anything like this!! Finally around 3:00am in the morning he finally answered my daughters call!! He was so wasted out of his mind & was trying to tell our daughter... that he didn’t love me anymore & that was not coming home!! My daughter was sooo beyond hurt & mortified ...as we never drank or partied while raising our kiddos!! We went to church faithfully & our kiddos went to private Christian School’s!! He literally has destroyed our family!! He is currently homeless & a very non-functioning.... severe meth-head & has been since 2013!! He got our baby daughter hooked on heroin & fentanyl!! However.. I must Praise my God each & every day as my daughter has been clean & sober going on three months now!! And she’s just about to enter a drug rehab called Teen Challenge!! I’m sooo very proud of her!!! And to be honest I seriously cannot even begin to imagine the amount of quilt.. that my husband (as we’ve never divorced) will & must have to live with for the rest of his life!! Oh for sure if he could go back & undo what’s been done I know... that he would in a heartbeat!!

Well it’s been probably around a year now since I last commented!! Please read my first comment first!! My 26, year old daughter.. that I had spoke about how my separated from husband had gotten her on... heroin & fentanyl!! Well my daughter had been clean for 8 months & decided to check herself out of rehab early!! And only 11 days later she overdosed on fentanyl & was found dead in a motel room all by herself.. September the 5th of 2020!! Absolutely the hardest thing I have ever been faced with!! And if not for the Grace of God I would so be gone from this earth!!

Chason Wright this song has Adele written all over it. At part of it, the vocals are almost the same as a bit Adele does in Hello. Plus Kelly literally has the lyrics “chasing pavement” in this song, which is the name of one of Adele’s songs lol
"Hello" and "WYCTL" are both in the key of F minor. And yes that run in the chorus almost sounds sampled from that high note in ""hello." I find it very effective.
There are a lot of Adele notes in Kelly's new sound. But no disrespect, Kelly has more musical range and a more versatile voice. This music is among her best
