Kelly Marie Tran talks new film, 'Raya and the Last Dragon' l GMA 

I as a life-long Star Wars fan didn't hate her, I hated the role, it was uninteresting and lacked any character development at all just straight in she's a main character. It didn't give me the opportunity to like her in the role. I think some people view this as racists or misogynistic but I hated not the actors but the garbage product Disney produced and calling it Star Wars. I believe I speak for 98 percent of Star Wars fans that complained about the convoluted storyline, the execution and the roles created not the 2 percent of racists morons who took aim at her ethnicity, Was criticism well deserved. She seems to have rebounded from it beautifully with a very long successful carer ahead. love happy endings.😊

@@bsmi1361 Ethan Van Sciver gets a lot of hate for his support of Rose Tico. Death threats and everything. It is sad. She is just a fictional character.. people need to relax. If you don't like Rose Tico... don't watch. Watch some other Star Wars movie/cartoon/tv show or read a Star Wars book.
