She kept it to herself at first because her mother told her not to go to the police, she scared her into not going to tell them what she saw, so i understand why she didn’t at first.

@@Stephen_Reid nonsense, I think Pat actually had more good sides than Corey. He cared about most of the residents and had a very comforting side to him. Also he never killed someone just because of the way they looked or dressed. He never would've killed Seb for the same reason Corey did.

Not quite as bad as each other. Luke was about to expose Phelan. Seb was not exposing Corey in the slightest way.

I don't think anyone can really say she doesn't have any kind responsibility for what happened however at least we can see in her she had some conscious in knowing it was going way too far and trying to stop Corey from kicking Seb. Their individual responses when Corey finally stop was telling in that Corey felt no shame or guilt and had no emotion in realising what he had done while Kelly is crying and in turmoil at what has occurred and showing concern for Seb's wellbeing. Maybe Kelly deserves some punishment for her role in this devastating incident but the real injustice is that Corey has gotten away with murder and still does not feel any sense of guilt for ending a life.

That’s not point with Kelly, she hit Nina because she was drunk, and the boys had already started being nasty to Nina and they egged her on to hit her, so really, it had already started before she slapped her. The trial is about the murder of seb which Kelly isn’t guilty of as she never touched him and tried to stop it.

Kelly is no angel alright she slapped Nina from been drunk and been influenced by Corey and his friends. But she didn't kill Seb or even touch him and she did try to stop Corey kicking Seb. So she can't be done for a crime she didn't commit.

@@BF-bb5us as bad as a murderer?! Someone who didn't stop even when Someone else was trying to stop them? Someone who feels NO guilt for the death they caused? Kelly may have not been a great person but this devastating experience that she was involved in and also has some responsibility for has at least charged her for the better and made her face up to her role in it all. Can the same be said of Corey?!! So I absolutely disagree that Kelly is as bad as Corey. Because from all that is being played on screen, she clearly is not.

Kelly only slapped Nina because Eli told her to do it. Eli proposed that they should go after Seb and Nina and attack them. And when Corey jumped Seb from behind, Eli had a smug smile on his face and was proud of what he was seeing Corey do to Seb. Eli said this to Corey "Go on, Corey, kick him again, and again and again" and so on. Eli was the worst of all of them. He should have been brought to justice for planning the robbery and the murder. I know Corey was eventually, because he did all the damage. But Eli was even more vile than Corey because he made the proposal.

Because she was drunk and they forced her and slapping someone is not as bad as killing someone

I don't think even Kelly would claim to be an angel herself in all that happened but she isn't downright evil and despicable like Corey and this will have changed her and I feel she will always carry some of the guilt about what happened with her unlike Corey who was always about not taking any responsibility and wanting to get away with killing Seb. Because if he had any kind of conscious at all, he would have owned up. Instead he threatened anyone involved that he would do the same to them if they told on him. I mean yes of course she should have called for an ambulance as soon as Corey ran away which I think would have been more likely if Seb hadn't woke up at that point and her being naive thought he was somehow going to be OK. But also just her response to what has happened when Corey stops kicking Seb. She is crying and traumatised compare to Corey who realising that he has seriously harmed Seb has no a flicker of an emotional response to what he has done. Just rushes off while Kelly showing that she feels responsible for what has occurred is saying sorry and crying. It's not about feeling any sympathy for her because she is upset and crying but seeing that she knows that it has gone way to far and it was wrong that it happened. Kelly will not want to ever do this kind of thing again after the consequences of what happened here however Corey still continues to show that he will express these kinds of behaviours and not feel any remorse for his actions.
