Kelly has the exceedingly rare gift of covering a song and making it sound like it's always been hers, even if she doesn't change the arrangement very much. Her voice also has the range and clarity to work within any genre without it seeming like an affectation. She deserves a lot more credit than she receives.

Kelly Ripped that cover to pieces. I loved the live version better than if she made a studio version of it. This one going on my Christmas playlist!! Kelly's voice, tone and talent is definitely underrated. Glad she's getting the same recognition as Fantasia and Jennifer being that they all were discovered on American Idol. All of them seem like humble laid back personality type of people. Kelly is the OG of the trio. Cheers to still holding your torch.
