Not the necessary intangibles though, and kelvin’s reputation was made off what he did vs bigger men when he stepped up to mw rather than much before or since. Really he’s just someone who was easy to underestimate as a MW so people like to think “what if he was at the right weight” just doesn’t necessarily work like that.
