He’s truly a world class fighter, very few can say they’ve stayed in the top 5 for almost a decade. His only losses at MW have just been to future champs (and I’d argue he beat Izzy in their rematch).

Anyone agree that in his preflight interviews he seemed legit and focused. I saw him switched on for sure and when he is he’s unpredictable in his pursuits. Not all fighters can be as lethal as him any given moment. This guy makes me smile such a class act HOFer for sure!

The blueprint for Izzy has always been, check the kicks, pressure him to the cage, and watch the lean back counter that he caught Rob and Costa with. Sean had a weird defense and offense with his modified shell that Izzy couldn't adapt to, constant pressure, knees up to discourage leg kicks.
