Hello, Excellent book in a professional or even personal setting. The critical point when implementing in the industry is the "goal page". Indeed, by putting one page per objective, one risks ending up with several pages, thus several minutes of reading, which goes beyond the scope of this type of management. I do an activity where I manage a lot of tasks a day and therefore list all the objectives, one per page becomes the gallery, hence the need to summarize or condense this list into a single page at the rate of 2 or 3 lines per objectives... it becomes a kind of checklist that also goes out of the scope of this management style! What do you think then?

i dont know why i need to sit for exam for this subject. this seems boring. i just afraid that i couldnt get good score for this subject. leadership is about practising it. not merely read and apply it on paper. i dont like when my 'leadership' is marked based on how well I WRITE about leadership.
