I’m glad to remember the content of this book. I read it years ago but never applied it. First you need to educate yourself as a manager otherwise these will feel fake even though they are not. Imagine yourself being 25 praising someone in your team who is 37 😺😳

Yo bro!!! Nice one but now make a video on how you manage to read a book ,write a summary and make a video..while also doing all that stuff that you do,,and I think that'll be more helpful for me (being selfish here) as I would know how to manage the time consuming tasks that you seem to manage so efficiently ,or maybe I am just imagining any way consider this idea for your next video or any future content that you might consider posting.

Don’t agree with step 3 though. When employees falter, probably it is the fault of manager. Manager need to take extreme ownership. [jocko] In basketball example, saying the star player that he is not trying hard probably will break his moral. Better way will be to indirectly point to his shortcomings aka Dale Carnegie principle which says “never say you are wrong”
