Ken Buchanan: Statue of Scottish boxing legend unveiled on Edinburghs’s Leith Walk 

Legendary boxer. He deserves this. So does Jim Watt.

There are not many true sporting legends but Buchanan is one.

So sad to lose Ken but with this statue Ken Lives forever in Edinburgh. Gave my dad and myself so much pleasure watching him box in the 1970s. Thanks Ken. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

So sad to hear Ken passed away, he was one of the legends of British boxing. RIP Ken Buchanan.

Surprised Josh Taylor wasnt there.He`s the next Scottish boxing legend in the making.He`s fighting Teofimo Lopez next at MSG the usual venue where the great Ken Buchanan fought.

If not for, then then barely known, Robert Duran this guy might have remained Lightweight Champion for years. Jim Watt who won the title years later also lost to Ken Buchanan. He was tough as hell and a high level boxer.
